There are many tasks to be done.  Some that may require a very small commitment, and others that are a full time commitment.

ATTEND PLANNING MEETINGS
We're currently meeting monthly for general planning meetings. Visit the Events page for our next meeting date. Meeting locations will rotate in NWA until a permanent location for the Community Center can be secured. We look forward to seeing you at our next meeting.  Please bring your ideas and community contacts.

VOLUNTEER YOUR TIME AND EXPERTISE
You can donate your time by assisting with publicity, fundraising, community events, etc. We are currently looking for GLBT or friendly Attorneys, Realtors, Accountants and other business professionals to conduct Community Center business with.  We are also wanting to connect with any organized GLBT groups or GLBT Employee Association in NWA.

JOIN THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
We're currently looking to fill one board member position. Members of the Board of Directors are more directly involved in the day-to-day planning and decision-making responsibilities. If you are interested in applying for a position on the Board, send your resume to NWA GLBT Community Center, PO Box 1161, Bentonville, AR 72712-1161.

DONATE MONEY OR IN-KIND SERVICES/PRODUCTS
If you aren't able to be actively involved at this time, we could use your financial support. Please consider donating cash or other in-kind donations (view our Wish List ). If you have a small business or an event you're hosting, you can put a donation can out and collect funds that way. Contact us if you have something to offer or suggestions for fundraising efforts.)

PARTICIPATE IN FUNDRAISERS
Help us raise funds! You can be an active participant in the development of the center through your involvement in fundraisers.

SPREAD THE WORD
Spread the word to friends, family and associates about the new NWA GLBT Community Center. Letting people know about our organization and our mission will help ensure its success.
