1. VOLUNTEER

	Volunteer at a special event
	Lead a special interest group
	Join the Board or a committee

2. GIFTS, IN-KIND SERVICES OR PRODUCTS

	Donate professional services
	Donate goods (anything that we would otherwise have to pay for)
	Donate cash

3. ENCOURAGE EACH OF THE ORGANIZATIONS THAT YOU PARTICIPATE IN TO GET INVOLVED WITH THE NWA GLBT COMMUNITY CENTER AND THE GLBT COMMUNITY.

Encourage your church or parish to get involved.

Ask PTA organizations to get involved with youth programming.

Suggest sports teams host a small benefit game or competition.

Encourage your employer to get involved.

	Small sponsorship or silent auction gift.
	Matching employee contributions.
	Corporate giving programs.

Ask local newspapers or newsletters to feature a story about the NWA GLBT Community Center.

4. ENCOURAGE WELL KNOWN PEOPLE IN NWA TO BECOME MORE AWARE OF THE NWA GLBT COMMUNITY CENTER AND TO GET INVOLVED.

	Sports Teams and Stars.
	Call or write Senators, Congresspersons, Mayor, or City Council Members.
	If you know an Entertainer, Artist, Writer, Actor, Poet or Photographer, encourage them to get involved by donating services for a special community benefit show.

5. SPONSOR A COMMUNITY EVENT.

6. DONATE THROUGH WORKPLACE UNITED WAY CAMPAIGN WHEN THE NWA GLBT COMMUNITY CENTER RECEIVES 501(c)(3) STATUS, OR SECURES A FINANCIAL SPONSOR.

7. DONATE TO THE NWA GLBT COMMUNITY CENTER IN SOMEONE'S NAME, AS A GIFT.

8. TURN YOUR BIRTHDAY OR COCKTAIL PARTY INTO A BENEFIT FOR THE NWA GLBT COMMUNITY CENTER.

Ask your guests to make a donation to the center instead of bringing gifts.

9. MAKE A SMALL MONTHLY DONATION TO THE NWA GLBT COMMUNITY CENTER EACH MONTH FOR ONE YEAR.

10. WHEN YOU NOTICE A CORPORATION, COMPANY, ORGANIZATION, OR BUSINESS THAT HAS SUPPORTED THE NWA GLBT COMMUNITY CENTER, HELP US THANK THEM AND REWARD THEM.
